Can I get FREE Sharepoint hosting?



Does anyone know where (if at all) I can get free sharepoint hosting?

I'm looking for a very basic service, its for personal use :)

Honestly, I don't see how anyone could offer that for free and do it legally. The external connector license for Sharepoint is over $50K US, so it's kind of cost-prohibitive.

I dont know a great deal about Sharepoint but I thought that Services was a free download?

sharepoint SERVICES IS free, sharepoint PORTAL is not free... that said, i'm looking as well... so far everything I've seen is $20/mo... personally I'm hoping to find an all inclusive "exchange/owa, sharepoint" package.

The above link appears to be a phishing site, and is duplicated under a few similiar domains. I wouldn't enter any of your information....

I've used the freesharepoint.com url and got a free space. Only 5mb though and 5 users. I have'nt tried to get SPD to connect to it yet.

OK....just tried and SPD connected ok. Quite fast for a free site. I expected to get timeout errors.

http://www.sharepointforme.com offers free hosting for 2 months w/out cc. then 9/month.
