Jose   Fuentes   VP -  Tallahassee .NET Developer Group [ blogs.aspadvice.com/jfuentes]
Being involved in technology has been my passion for more years then I can remember, as a child I was totally into computers. My start in computers started when I was about 12, my bother had gotten (from a friend) a TRS-80 model 12, it had two 8 inch disk bays and PC Dos 2.0, it was a dream. I learned basic on that system and only had books to go by. In those days there were books with complete programs typed out (no disks) and you basically copied the book and then ran the program. Basic in those days was very different, I’ve had the chance to see basic grow up and it has been something else. I went from the basic on that TRS to GW basic to Qbasic, to QuickBasic and then to Visual basic, I had many others in-between as well. My passion has yet to wane in all these years, I still wake up thinking of coding solutions to problems I had the day before. I suspect I will be involved for as long as I can hope to live. You can always find me helping out on the www.windowsforms.com site. Please visit when you can.
