Since I've purchased a new home that is currently being built, it was time for me to put my existing home on the market.
It's a scary thing. I have about 2 weeks to get all my crap into storage, have the carpets cleaned and finish some minor paint/repair. It all feels so overwhelming. I'm not sure how I'm going to do it all... but I have to - I have no choice. If I don't get my house sold, I will be out my deposit on the new house. Also, this is probably the exact worst time to sell. It's getting cold, and with the interest rates climbing - this isn't a seller's market.
Oh well, I better start thinking about what's going into storage. Sigh...
