I signed up for "Framework Design Guidelines: The Art of Building a Reusable Class Library" but ".NET Framework 2.0: The ASP.NET Web Perspective" is being hosted by Fritz Onion. I first met Fritz at the C# SummerCamp held on Microsoft's Campus back in his DevelopMentor days. He since moved on to PluralSight but I imagine he still knows his stuff. Both topics are interesting... but Fritz may just put the choice over the top.
Here's the description for Fritz's session:
Get ahead of the competition and see what the future of Web programming looks like. Explore first-hand and get an in-depth look at the next major release of ASP.NET and see working code samples demonstrating its use. Web developers benefit tremendously from the productivity and performance gains that ASP.NET brings to the Web application development process. This session provides you with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of programming using Visual Basic.NET (blah) and C# (wootness), and covers the basics of building scalable Web applications and Web services using ASP.NET
