Again. That's the second time. The first was due to the 10.3.6 update. Now, I'm betting it was PocketMac Pro. This piece of crap is so weak. Anyway, this time Firefox was acting funny, so I decided it was time to reboot.
After I rebooted, I got a CPU panic. So, I inserted the PowerBook OS cd and held down the 'C' key. Several hours later, I had determined that the permissions had not been changed (other than a few font file permission changes) and the disk was fine. Oh, how I long for WinXP's real fix utility.
In any case, I had to reinstall the OS - for the second time. Obviously, I'm back... though I could have used one of my other 3 machines to connect. One stupid PowerBook is not going to stop me from blogging. Heh.
