Is there any alternative to Terminal Server available in the Earth?

As we are all aware Terminal Server allows concurrent Session on the Remote Machine. So Multiple users can work on a Remote Machine and can run different programs on his/her own session.

Is there any other product which does the same?
Is there any which can create the same capability for Windows XP Pro? (XP pro Remote desktop allows only one session at any point of time)
Is there any free?

I am not looking for a Remote Desktop Product (ie, VNC, PC Anywhere etc.) where only one user can work on a Remote machine at one point of time.

Please suggest if you guys happen to know any alternatives.

Thankyou.

there is an alternative working on Windows XP: XP unlimited. There is a version for stand alone and a version for domains. look at www.xpunlimited.nl

The only "problem' is the limited memory capability of windows xp (4GB icl. swap)
