Mitchell Humphrey is a software vendor located in St. Louis, MO, with a nationwide client base. We are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer in our Software Development Department. This is a full-time (non-contract) position within our organization.
Responsibilities include design and development of browser-based versions of our new line of government vertical market applications and our existing financial applications. The position is a 'hands on' position that will require direct involvement in all aspects of the software development life-cycle.
The position requires a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least 5 years of application software design and development experience, with at least 2-3 years of ASP.NET development experience. Technical experience must include object-oriented design and development, as well as web application development in the ASP.NET framework. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the ASP.NET platform, including custom control development, SQL Server and C#. Experience with the Microsoft Application User Interface Block, SharePoint Services and C++ would be a plus.
