Debug ASP.NET Without IIS in Visual Studio.NET 2003 (Update)

Added additional item to the troubleshooting section:

Problem - 500 Internal Server Error when opening project or solution.

Solution - Make sure your Web.config file is valid.

I wanna Asp .net project without configuring iis, is it possible?. I tried out the cassini but I could not open the project from VSS Source.
