Far fetched? What if I told you the Microsoft research group is working on this? The project is called MyLifeBits. The engineer in charge, Gordon Bell, hopes to create a digital record of everything he sees and hears. This would work by wearing a recording device that snaps 1,000 pictures per day and saves audio notes. And that's only version 1.
