Microsoft Office 2003 Installer keeps asking for SKU011.cab

Do you keep getting the annoying windows installer keeps popuping up asking for "SKU011.cab" file when ever you open any product of the Microsoft Office 2003 Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook ...)? Here is a quick fix which actually worked

Caution: Editing your registry may cause your system to fail to start; modify at your own risk! So please don't send me any nasty messages if you happen to screw anything up.

Click on "Start" > "Run" and type "regedit" (without the quotes, please!).
Navigate to the following registry key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Delivery\DownloadCode
On the right-side of the editor you'll see "CDCache". Double click on "CDCache" and change the value to 0.

That should do the trick!

I do not have my original disk for office professional adn i have a error that says cannot find sku011.cab

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Delivery\DownloadCode

is not highlighting in my computer

I have a Pentium 4 PC with Windows XP, the latest version.
I can not start Excel. A window asking me for the file SKU011.CAB
How can I leave? thanks in advance...

This is a great step forward (or should that be backward) for Microsoft in that its user community, especially those in the corporate world, was most upset by the omission of the VBA in Mac:Office 2008.VBA is the scripting language that drives services like macros across the Microsoft Office suite. It was reportedly too much work to make it work in Mac:Office....

SKU011.CAB not found
running W7Ultimate SP1, office2003 professional SP3
want to export my Contact data into a file.
says <converter missing. have to install missing components> and then
says <cannotfind SKU011>

1) tryed to use office enterprise AND office pro CD´s ( all original )- file not found
2) using registry advice:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Delivery\DownloadCode

affordable path is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\outlook\Addins BUT NOTHING ELSE !!!
there is no >>>>\11.0\Delivery\DownloadCode

would be glad if anyone could posta solution to this problem
