Jason Row .NET Development on the Canadian East Coast
Just wondering if anyone could clarify a SharePoint question for me that relates to the TS: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 - Application Development exam. One of the objectives being measured is to Configure a target computer for Windows SharePoint Services development and beneath this is a mention of SecurityAdministrator. I'm not sure if they are referring to SharePoint Forefront Server Security Administrator or something different.

Anyone have some insight? Posted on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 4:04 PM Certification | Back to top

Thanks Marius. It's a great document about SharePoint security but I'm still thinking that where SecurityAdministrator is a single word and is listed in with dbCreator, IIS_WPG, and service accounts that it must be an account or a product. And it's listed at the beginning of the objectives list so I don't think it would require a thorough discussion of how security works in SharePoint.

At least that's my thinking about it.
