I think it is a good candidate for an article as it is quite long, but the main reason is so that I can check out the difference between an article and a post (in practice). I've recently migrated from my blog on Blogger to this one here. That set me thinking about the difference between the two, or what I've lost and what I've gained. So here goes... What I've Lost: My cool URL. I prefer http://rikoe.blogspot.com over http://www.geekswithblogs.n... Of course this is a site issue, and not a .Text one as such, but still. As I posted in my old blog I was a bit frustrated by the lack of categories in Blogger. In fact, this led to me starting up quite a few different blogs (here, here and here). Now Jeff (the owner) has sportingly enough allowed me to host a blog on geekswithblogs.net. This will mean that I can consolidate all my posts under one blog with different categories, which is just a whole lot more convenient.
