Rob Foster's House of Southern-Fried SharePoint and other ramblings on enterprise technologies

I have to respond to Jeff's SharePoint book post on all of the GWB guys writing SharePoint books.

Jeff, John, Murray, and I all seem to meet up at the major conferences and almost always hang out at least 4 of the 5/6 nights.  I can say with confidence that all of the SharePoint development books that are coming out are written by seasoned developers and architects and personally, I can't wait to see what the other guys have written!  I hope that all of our books aren't seen in the eyes of the readers as competitive books (even though they are marketed as such), but as supporting materials for each other.  For example, I can't tell you how many different ASP.NET books that I have in my library...some good, some bad, but I have gotten something out of each one.

Cheers until later! Posted on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 3:35 PM SharePoint , Office Productivity | Back to top
