VB.NET Rocks!
Goodbye to the C# to VB.NET converters! Kudos to Chris Williams on creating a site where VB.NET coders can find the code in VB.NET (not C#). If you've ever found code snippets in C# and had to translate them to VB.NET for your application, now is the time to share! The more we all share, the quicker the VB.NET resources grow. Microsoft has made it a little easier by offering Second Chance exams through the end of the year (you can register here). I just love studying for exams during the holidays. It means I spend less time with my family. Hold on, maybe that's a good thing! Gotta love that word "SHOULD". A friend of mine has ......

Thank a Veteran
Today is Veterans Day and I think Wikipedia states it nicely. It is so much more than a day off from work or a big sale weekend. Veterans Day is largely intended to thank veterans for their service, to acknowledge that their contributions to United States national security are appreciated, and to underscore the fact that all those who served - not only those who died - have sacrificed and done their duty (copied from Wikipedia) Take a minute and find a veteran and thank them for their contribution. ......
