Well, today was the last day of the 3-day Photoshop CS3 training at the Navajo Nation Museum by Tionne and I. The staff there enjoyed learning how to restore old photos, make flyers, postcards, and exhibits, learned how to create panoramic images, manage layers and brushes, and a lot more. It was fun teaching them tips and tricks of Photoshop and what better way to learn than from a fashion company. I can't wait to see their new ads and prints they'll be making now.
We're planning to build and develop the Navajo Nation Museum's new website to host online exhibits about the traditions and the history of the Navajo people and more. Only an official approval from the IT staff and the director are left. It will be a bit more than a basic project considering the museum's importance of course. But the ideas that's already put in place are very exciting. I've also got to hear a lot that has happened with the former director of the museum and am glad that things are starting to look up for them. Hopefully once the dust settles, a newly developed and beautifully designed NavajoMuseum.org will finally arise.
