WOW - Having installed Epson CX3810 printer drivers brought Photoshop to its knees. I've spent weeks in the past figuring out why Photoshop loaded so slowly, then when opening .psd files, took "years" to load if at all. So, those that are having problems with Photoshop loading or not opening files, try uninstalling your printer drivers and see if that fixes Photoshop. Also, be careful of opening or saving files through a network - may or may not work for some...
