Hi All,
I’m writing this mail with a mixed bag of emotions, feeling sad about leaving wonderful people around me who always helped, supported and giggled with me!, and I’m excited about the new challenges and opportunities with my new organization. I evolved personally and professionally, got a handful of friends (in-fact more than that) with whom I had rocking trips Chamba, Hrishikesh and Goa, night-outs on Jaipur highway @ 140 km/ph, weekend parties and unlimited fun while having lunch.
I’m not going to copy paste today anybody’s letter saying I’ve learned a lot, got help and support from my team and my team leader, everyone tend to learn and I’m not an exception but as an individual I’m a far better person today, learning and evolving. Working in Nirvana was the best challenge of my life till date and I always tried to deliver my best. My team I can say is the best team in any sense, technically as well as creatively; being a part of this team I always felt a sense of ownership and responsibility towards my assignments.
My day starts @ 7:45 AM after doing all those nitty-gritty things, I get ready by 8:30 AM and wait for Rachna’s “missed-call”, and rushing to my pickup point (and staring all those pretty girls). Everyday I travel around 72 kilometers (36 up and 36 down) that takes around 3-4 hours, and for a daily traveler if u don’t enjoy that it’s very easy to break down. My cabmates Rachna, Anjali, Naveen, Ratish, Anubhooti and Shubaranshu tolerated my crap (“bakar” in hindi). We discussed everything out whether it’s my alternate career option of “Radio Jockey”, or my children with “blue eyes”. All of us enjoyed moments of joy when an airplane passes over our cab, getting a glimpse of a pretty face in adjacent cab/car (while I’m starring her, they were commenting!), or stopping the cab in front of “In & Out” for ice-creams.
I’ll miss my team, cab-mates, and every other guy/gal whom I knew directly or indirectly. I’ll miss those “free lunches” which we used to share (and sometimes I kept roaming for my favorite “bhindi ki sabzi”, finding it and grabbing it!). I’ll miss those sweet which I never love to share and always tried to grab as much as I can. I’ll miss that lawn on which we used to have our lunch in winters and that stairs area which few people have given a de-facto name “Nirvana Chowk”.
If I’ll start writing I think I can write a book with several chapters on my association of past 15 months, I’ll do that maybe some other day ;).
I always tried to live every moment of my life in past 15 months association with Algorism/Mascon, and will continue to do so with rest of my life!
