Hey guys I don't know but I'm again feeling lucky after discovering another bug in google!
Although I'm not much active in blogging these days coz transission to a new company, and a new project I'm quite busy these days, but that doesn't mean that I've left reading blogs, nope I still manage to take out time for reading blogs. Ok enough of talks now back to the bug.

This bug I don't know wheather it is valid or not but as it behaves differently in different scenearios I suppose it is a bug!.I discovered this bug when I key in

http://www.google.co.in//

instead of

http://www.google.co.in/

Yes, you got it right I have mistakenly keyed an extra slash(”/”), which produced following, which I was amazed to look at, hey where are the images gone?

Expected Result:

Acctual Result:

I tried to repeat this bug on other google domains, and found out that most of them are reproducing the same bug!. I tested this bug using Internet Explorer V6.0.2800.1106 and Mozilla Firefox V1.5.0.3, and the results are same. I don't think that this bug is browser specific.

Although this list is still incomplete as good amout of time is required to test more than that bug I'll appreciate if you add new url's which you can find are working or not.

I really worked hard to test the above list of sites but I'm still feeling lucky to find this bug!

Interesting find! I noticed that the first few URLs that you said didn't reproduce the bug differ in the way they pull the images (using an 'intl' directory. However, there is one image that still doesn't load ('t3h_en.gif') since it is not using the same path as the others. Anyhow, just thought I'd pass that on.

It is also interesting to note that when you type in http://google.co.in/// the images are back in place again & as you keep adding a slash, the pattern alternates. Wonder what's the story behind that!

I'm feeling great that I managed to discover a bug in the thing I love most.
