I found a good CPA who I know personally. For $500 or less (I don't want to publish an exact amount because he gave me a discount from their normal rate) he'll file everything that needs to be filed and make sure the corp is set up correctly.
Considering that I would spend more than a few hours working on that and have a higher chance of messing it up, I think it's worth it. The part I'm wondering about the most is the corporate book for $100--I think that was probably a rip . . .
