For the past few years I have been using google.ca as my home page. This was simply for the fact that it's fast to load
About a month ago I decided to give start.com a try and recently I switched to Windows Live. I decided to give it the Sandquist Seven Day test.
Windows Live takes a little longer to load but I can have customized, updated information right at my fingertips. My weather and top news headlines as well as a few choice blogs are right there. Plus I have the added bonus of being able to access my layout from any of the half dozen or so machines that I use, which is awesome.
My only problem was that I didn't really like how the start.com search field displays dockable search results, but after playing with it a little more I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it. Not bad at all.
