Last week's Georgia Straight had an article about Mexican Chef Martín San Román who is currently in Vancouver demonstrating authentic Mexican cuisine. I was planning to hit The Mouse and Bean sometime this week but since work has been rather crazy I didn't get a chance to post this yet.
