Yesterday was the one year anniversary of Erika's and my wedding. We spent the day just being together. We went for a nice drive and in the evening I made a dinner based on a few of Erika's favourite dishes. After dessert, which was the top section of of well preserved wedding (frozen) wedding cake, we exchanged presents. Books of course, since the first anniversary is paper and we both love books. It was a very nice day.
To my lovely wife, thank you for an excellent first year and many many more to come. Every day with you is special and wonderful.
