I just sent this feedback to CNN and wanted to post it here as well. Note, it seems that the figure concerning the missing explosives has been revised to 360 tons. That's still a big bang.

I just caught the tail end of the Larry King shown this evening but had to comment on the point made by a guest. The issue was concerning the 380 tons of missing weapons in Iraq and the guest (I didn't catch the name) was trying to tell Reverend Al Sharpton that the Democrats were making a big deal about the weapons of mass destruction not being found in Iraq, and what did Reverend Sharpton think that these missing explosives were? Did they not amount to WMDs?

Well, the real problem here is that Republicans continually try to obfuscate the WMD issue when clearly it is a problem and was the basis for the justification of the invasion of Iraq in the first place. The point is that 380 tons of missing explosives are just that, conventional explosives, nothing more. Weapons of mass destruction are by definition chemical, biological or nuclear in nature.

Everyone who supports Mr. Bush needs to keep that in mind when comparisons between the missing weapons and WMDs are made, because they are not one in the same.

Thank You.

# re: An Open Letter To Larry King and CNN 6/4/2005 1:16 AM from Gwen Cooper
Larry, after watching your interview with Barbara Walters tonight, I had to get out of the bed and write to you. When you said you were an Agnostic it broke my heart. The greatest gift you could leave for your little boys would to become a Christian. I watched the great Billy Graham with you the other night, and thought of how he loved you. I know if he was watching tonight that he as well as myself and other Christians around the world are praying for you as you read this. So please except the Lord, and show your boys how great it is to be a Christian. You are such a wonderful man. Just ask Jesus to come into your heart, and you are there. I love you my brother. Gwen Cooper, 814 Smith Ln., Seagoville, TX 75159 Tel. 972-287-7122 Thanks for reading my note to you.

Er. Thanks for the comment Gwen.

You might have more luck contacting Larry through CNN though, since I'm not really connected with Larry or the show or anything. Just a guy. Oh, but I'm all ok with Jesus and all that, thanks for asking.

You can send feedback to Larry through this link:

Hm. The link does not seem to want to work. If you go to cnn.com and then to the link for "Larry King Live" you can contact Larry through a page on that site.
