Another Search Engine?

I've just found http://www.findia.net. I don't know how long they've been going (they block the WayBack machine from helping here), but I can't help thinking why do a search-engine? I mean, what's wrong with Google, Yahoo, AskJeeves, AllTheWeb, HotBot, ... that we need another one!?

Maybe I'm missing something - do some of these deliver highly-focused content, or perhaps deliver their results in some special way (like kartoo) - or something like that?
