Boot Windows XP from a USB Drive - Completely

I have read articles (and have done this myself) describing how to boot off of a USB drive to the default XP install on your HDD if your computer’s BIOS supports boot from USB. This chap, however, has figured out how to put the entire install on the USB drive and boot and run from there as well. I haven't tested this yet so the normal disclaimers apply …

Is it the manufacture type I used USB (Kingston DataTraveler100 4GB got loaded at logon i got a blue screen saying, well to make a long message short" windows has shut down to prevent damage checkdsk/f your drives". HELP? 10/18/2008 4:47 PM | Wayne

I can not navigate to C:\pebuilder313\plugin\peinst.My computer appears like this
C:\Document and setting\name>
How do I change to
