Technically Speaking All in on IT

A co-worker of mine recently asked me if I knew a way to simulate a certain speed link or network connection between two virtual machines in either Virtual PC or Virtual Server. I must say, off of the top of my head I could not think of a way to restrict all traffic, so as to say, simulate a 64 kbps WAN link. I could think of ways to restrict web traffic using IIS’ bandwidth throttling features … but not all network traffic. Anyone know of a way?

It's not specific to Virtual PC or Virtual Server, but we've used NetLimiter (see www.netlimiter.com).
