I really enjoy the snippet features built into Visual Studio 2005. Though sometimes I would love to be able to edit some snippets in a lightweight memory and resource friendly snippet organizer. I have finally found one I enjoy. This one is very lightweight. It has all the features I have been looking for. I found a cool app called Code Warehouse from XCCA Software.
