Mark Schmidt's Abode On programming, writing, gaming and life...

I am a Fileplanet subscriber.  In fact, I've been one for a couple of years now.  I also plan on being a subscriber for as long as they or I am around.  Why you ask? In my opinion, it has paid itself over and over due to the amount of beta tests I've been able to take part in.  If you're a serious gamer who really wants to beta test games, you can't beat Fileplanet.  Here's a list of some of the Fileplanet beta's I've been involved in:

Anarchy Online Alien Invasion
Anarchy-Online: Shadowlands
Armed & Dangerous
Armies of Exigo Beta
Asheron's Call 2: Fallen Kings
Chrome Beta
Command & Conquer (TM) Generals Multiplayer Sneak Peek
Earth and Beyond
Etherlords II Beta
Eve of Destruction 0.3 Alpha
EVE Online Trial
EverQuest II Beta
Fighter Ace Trial
Freelancer Trial
Kuma War Beta
Line of Sight: Vietnam
Lineage 2 Beta Week 1
Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring
Lords of EverQuest Beta
Midnight Club II Demo
PlanetSide Beta
PlanetSide Trial 2
Star Wars Galaxies Trial
The Matrix Online Beta
The Sims Online
Tribes: Vengeance Closed Beta
Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War Closed
Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War Open
World of Warcraft Stress Test

I actually did have a Gamestop account too, but that was one that just wasn't worth it.
