Awhile ago, I hinted in the comments section of my MS interview rejection post that I had a secret. Well, it's official. Apparently I didn't scare MS away too badly. I am now going up for yet another interview (yes, I am a sucker for pain) for a Programmer Writer position. For those unfamiliar with Programmer Writers (and I am still a little unsure), they are basically developer's that write sample code and then create an article for it, as well as other writing related tasks. A good example is MSDN and the plethora of articles, samples, whitepapers, etc... Most of those were created by Programmer Writers.
To my credit, I do have several magazine articles and 2 books that I've written, so the writing experience is there. I have also written about 10 or so screenplays for short little videos that I directed/acted/produced. So, here we go again. Let's hope the experience is a little better physically (I was extrememly exhausted during the last person of the last interview).
