W006.15 isp or T-mobile Network Error.

I just bought a new T-Mobile G2.  I wanted to turn on Wifi calling but kept receiving "W006.15 isp or T-mobile Network Error" and asking me to register.

After doing some research I looked at my cable modem/router logs and config.  There were fragmented packets originating from the phone and the incoming fragmented packets were blocked.  I disabled the "Block fragmented packets" setting and the phone was able to connect for Wifi calling

We got the MyTouch 4G and the G2 phones. Both have the same issue you had. How did you disable the "block fragmented packets" setting?

I disabled the "block fragmented packets" setting in my modem/router. It allowed me to conect to to wifi calling but if I made a call would just drop and loose wifi calling again.

Same wifi calling in and out problems BUT I have a sagem 1704 router/modem (windstream) and I am unable to find either the fragmented packet passthrough or the VPN IPSec toggles as I look through the router interface. HELP!

I have a Linksys WCG2000. My Wi-Fi Calling was working. Now I have the IP Fragmented error in the logs and I have also noticed my router time is an hour off. No settings were changed. I'm guessing either my ISP made a change or T-mobile changed the app. Any ideas? The VPN IPSec toggle didn't make a difference. I don't have an option to disable the blocking of fragmented packets.

I have a buffalo WHR-HP-G300N with the DD-WRT interface and enabling IPSec cleared up the problem. Remember to reboot your router before you test.

I had the same issue, was working fine then out of the blue wifi calling won't connect. I just turned off my phone, cable modem and router, then turned them all back on and wifi calling was working again.
