I know this is a little late, but I try to space out my posts and this one fell through the cracks! Anyhow, Microsoft has purchased devBiz the makers of Team Plain. If you are unfamiliar with Team Plain, it is a web based interface to Team Foundation Server. Current TFS owners may download the product for free but each user must have a CAL. There is also a Beta version for Visual Studio 2008 (codename Orcas) that is on the Orcas VPC. Happy Coding...

Last week I had the pleasure of attending Microsoft's Tech Ed conference in Orlando as a staff member. I was also invited to participate in the Speaker Idol competition which was hosted by the guys from .Net Rocks. It was a really good experience and a lot of fun too. I got some more details this morning on the new role for Team System. Check it out on MSDN. There are some cool screen shots on the bottom of the page. Some really cool features that stick out are the automated testing for stored procedures, rename refactoring and data generation plans. I will blog more after the First Look on Friday.
