I ran into an issue with SP 1 for Visual Studio 2005. I installed the service pack before I installed Team Explorer. I installed Team Explorer today and when I connected to my Team Foundation Server I got errors doing some simple source control operations (checking in). I just re-installed the service pack again and it fixed my problem.
