If you have ever needed to create a document and include a screen shot (like a blog post for example...), you know that Windows does notáprovide aágood way to do this.á Vista solves this by providing a new tool called the Snipping Tool.á Located under the Accessories menu, you can use the Snipping Tool to capture all or part of the screen.á This is much better than ALT + PrtScn and then opening Paint (no offense to you Paint bigots out there).
