I noticed, only after some feedback, that my original post did not inlcude the actual Xml structure of the file you needed to complete. I apologize for this. I am not very used to how these blogs strip out (or does not strip out) Xml references. Hopefully the new entry / update will not only make sense, but help the hundreds that have reviewed this article and were not able to use it with out this fix. Again, my apologies. I'be beein on the road for several weeks - and getting time to update aspects...

I have shopped (as many of my colleagues have) for a decent web hosting agency that can provide me with ALL of the perks that a .Net developer could possible want. Well, you have one now. Although a seemingly small group, there are a couple of significant groups that I've been to that are worth mentioning. My first experience was with the West Michigan .Net User's Group (http://www.grdotnet.org/). The turn-out was impressive, but the presentation and affiliation with Microsoft personnel was more than impressive.
