Minor Annoyance - Windows Mobile SDK Tool

I've noticed a minor annoyance with one of the tools included with the Windows Mobile, the Cellular Emulator. Once you launch it and then close it, the app's behavior is to minimize to the notification area of your Windows Task Bar. That's cool because I'll often leave it running in the background while working on things and it's unobtrusive. My minor annoyance is that when you right click on it (say accidentally) the context menu doesn't go away. Ever. See the screen shots below to get a better idea of what I'm talking about.

There we have it minimized nicely - thanks Cellular Emulator!

CellularEmulator2

Here I've activated the context menu - oops, didn't mean to.

CellularEmulator3

OK - I really didn't want to activate you...so go away. Really.

CellularEmulator5

Geesh - even stays on top of my active application (only 1 guess which app is active there!)

The only way to get rid of it is to either click "Open" and then minimize it again, or click exit and banish it until you need it again.

FYI - I'm running this on Windows XP w/SP2 - maybe the behavior is different on another OS but I haven't had a chance to see.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, do you have a fix?
