And I still don't have an autographed copy of Windows Vista!
Well with all this hoopla surrounding Microsoft Silverlight, and the question of the product’s name origin, I finally decided to get down to the bottom of it…and it was perfect timing that my Community-Credit prize package from January and February arrived today. It’s a great feeling to have your last name attached to a major product ......

Eating my agile cake
I’ve always been a fan of agile methodologies – just as I’ve always dreaded process heavy projects…mostly that fear has come with good reason, i.e., the project I’m on right now that is a waterfall project in scrum clothing ;) Well I found myself briefly thinking “Grrrrr – why did *this* have to change” today when I found out a nice chunk of work I’ve done for the current sprint I’m on will need to be re-worked because there were some rather significant database changes, i.e., adding 4 more tables ......

I did the same thing a few months back with the “snow in a bag” I recommended and then later won. The good news with that track record is that this month the grand prize is an R2-D2 trash can…which is about the coolest ......
