The first music video from "Clap Your Hands Say Yeah" features my brother

My brother Kelby Thwaits is a hopeful and hard-working performer in LA.  He has the distinction of being the sole actor in the first music video released by the East Coast band “Clap Your Hands Say Yeah”. Here's a quick write-up on NPR about them, and the video from when they were on Letterman.  Quite a unique sound.  If you're not doing anything else for the next 3 minutes, why not take a listen:

(650 kbps stream.  Note to all Firefox users: it probably
won't play above, but you can download the full WMV here.)

This number is titled “Over and Over Again”, but is also known as “Lost and Found”.

By the way, for anyone keeping track of my siblings, this is a different brother than Jon the bassist in the band “Three Second Delay”.  (More good tunes to be had from that link in case you'd like to further liven up your day.)

Some video editing details: The original version had a lame edit the first time the lamp goes by, and also faded out with the music still trailing off in the background.  I took out 8 repetitive frames in that lamp transition, and slowed the thing down from 24fps to 23.5 fps so the audio would line up properly.  I didn't have great source footage, the best version came from a hidden half-broken QuickTime file on the production company's site.  Anyway, it's in a little better shape here.
