You got to be kidding me. What if I want Expression in the US locale, I can't buy it just because my IP is not in the US? Honestly? You are *that* stupid?

Hey Tim,

Whatever it is, it's WRONG. IP based detection is WRONG. I can get that package any time just by faking my IP. Lawyers and marketing people need to realize they live in a global world.

Try setting the language settings of your browser to "English (United States)": IE7 > Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Languages...

This worked for me! I had "Dutch (Belgium)" there.

Oh wow, so it's not even IP based detection, but locale based detection. Even lamer. Thanks for the tip.
