Welcome to the second attempt at my blog. I was ready to start my blog a year ago, and wanted to focus on developing a BizTalk wishlist. But around that time Microsoft invited me to participate in some product planning sessions and suddenly I had to consider what mixing my personal wishlist with the official Pathfind feature list could lead to and decided I just had to wait until Microsoft had released a public feature list or a public Beta or CTP release.
For those of you who don't know me, I'll start with a (very) brief intro; I am the Americas Integration Practice Lead for Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. We are a global systems integrator with an exclusive focus on Microsoft technologies in the enterprise. It's a pretty cool place to work if you're into delivering large, complex systems for global customers using Microsoft technologies. There are some changes around the corner for me, and I'll be adding responsibility for evangalizing Indigo, workflow, and SharePoint in addition to BizTalk Server. More on that to follow, however, as these changes won't be official until later this year.
So climb aboard, and if you're prone to airsickness you might want to bring some Dramamine(R) along for ride - it's liable to get bumpy from time to time!
