eOpen Site Borked

What's up with Microsoft's eOpen site?  I need to add an agreement, and I get this...

Invalid Input Data

Input data cannot contain script elements.

Examples...
HTML Delimiters < >
Event Handler Names e.g. onLoad, onClick etc

Come On Microsoft...

I had this same problem today. I found this post while searching (in vain) for a solution.

So in case anyone else stumbles upon this when faced with the same problem, here's what eventually worked for me: clear out your cookies and log back in to eOpen.

yes clearing out the cookies (... and forms for IE7 in Vista) did the trick. Thanks

make sure that you are clearing all cookies and temp files... make sure that your security settings are set at medium and the eopen site is added to your trusted sites... after all of that is done close your current IE browser and reopen a new browser.

I've been trying to get to subscription benefits too, and have cleared the cookies and temp files, but I'm still having problems I'm running XP SP2. If you are still having problems, could you list your OS and browser versions?

Bought 2003 Server, the license shows up on eOpen, but I can't download it. No wonder people are scrambling to find a different (non-Microsoft) solution.

Hey, Microsoft, charge me the extra $3 and send me a damn CD.
