Take Back Miller Park
Each summer, a migration of sorts takes place. Miller Park in Milwaukee becomes "Wrigley North" because of all of the Cubs fans that migrate to the typically readily available seats when the Cubs play the Brewers. There's usually more Cubs fans than Brewers fans.
"It's time that we let everyone know that Miller Park is not the second home for any other team," [Brewer's Manager Ned] Yost said.
This year, a local radio station, along with several local companies are sponsoring a Ticket Drive called "Take Back Miller Park."
The Dish and I bought our Tickets yesterday. We're in the Right Field Outfield Box (Section 108). The Tickets are double what we would normally pay, but It'll be a lot of fun. So, we'll be seeing the Mets, Nationals, Cubs and Marlins.
I wasn't really happy about the trade of Overbay, he was one of the highlight players that really drew the fans last year. But, I understand that Prince Fielder is up and coming. Just wish there was a way we could have kept both.
