I have a dream where all speeches are treated equal....

Peter Golde points to a decision made by the supreme court on Wednesday. Basically, it seems that a shotgun shell has been peppered into the First Amendment. I haven't actually read the entire decision yet so I can't guarantee whether Peter Golde's commentary is out-of-context or not. If it is true, the First Amendment is looking more like Swiss Cheese than law. What are your thoughts? Is this just more proof that hell is freezing over only to be ruled over by RoboBush?
