Reading Scott's post, you would think it was a total disappointment, but I thought there were a lot of unanswered questions. That's not to say what he says isn't true, but I could come up with a few excuses…
- Peter couldn't concentrate on flying because he was going nuclear. Did Nathan know he could fly by himself?
- Sylar savored victory to his determent. I think he was enjoying watching Peter and wanted him to go nuclear before he killed him. His goal was to make Peter be evil.
- He totally didn't fear Hiro because he had already failed.

Sorry if I don't want all my conflict to be wrapped up in mindless struggle of physical: It was meant to show Peter's growth of overcoming his own fears. And that's not to say, I don't enjoy my share of kick but physical violence either.
