Visual Studio Editor is not obvious

So, I'm sitting down and I decide to write a new application in VS2005. I find the perfect app that will have 5 users: Its something for my family to do some colaborative work. The problem is, I want to use the login control and some others. I create my login page and I start to look in the toolbox for it, but it is not there: All I see is the HTML tab and the General Tab. I spend 30 minutes looking, reseting my toolbox, then I start with some searches. A few things come up with reseting the toolbox settings, but nothing that fixes my problem This is usually the clue I have either done something really stupid in the past, or I am doing something really stupid now. I start looking at the "Formatting and Validation" settings, which takes you to the Options. I finally look at the "Text Editory:File Extension" settings. "Aspx" is associated with the HTML Editor. I think this is because I reset the editor in VS2003, but I'm not sure. Once I set it back, all my toolboxes are back. Hopefully, someone who is banging their head against the wall will find this helpful?
