John Hines is a Senior Software Engineer, MCSD.NET at a large computer manufacturing company. He's spent the last three years as the technical team lead of a group of Software Engineers now implementing Agile development processes using Scrum. The decade before that was spent writing software using the traditional Waterfall life cycle and trying desperately to get others to do the same.
