I have the Podcasting equipment ready, now we record! The Microsoftbookclubs.com will be hosting a podcast show in the format of book reviews and author interviews. John Alexander and I will be the show's personalities. I hope to be launching the Podcast site in the near future. We have been preparing for awhile and are excited to get started. Update....
Our equipment has changed substantially over the past few months, but the biggest change is the PHONE JAM® by Anomaly. This product allows you to pull in callers to your podcast quick and easy. The original use of the product was for remote bands to link up, but we find it to work great for phone interviews. We have used Skype and other VoIP lines, but the clearity isn't there and too many churps in the line. This is a definite must have for Podcasters trying to get started and the price is perfect for small budgets.
