We are doing a side of the house at a time, partly due to the fact that the house has 26 windows to replace. I will be finishing up the front of the house this weekend. I am using Pella ThermaStar replacements. I have to say they are a snap to install. <A href="http://pella.com/resources/pdf/AS_DS_PrecFit.PDF">Here</A> are the installation instructions. I can have a window in in less then an hour.
