Working Out
Can't have a strong mind if you don't have a strong body and vice-versa.
I currently started training using the West-Side training method (week 5 currently). So far so good, it's a different change of pace compared to my custom workout regime I concatinated throughout the years. Haven't worked out my legs in 4 years since I play on 2-3 soccer teams depending on the winter or summer season. Apparently it's supposed to add 40-50 pounds to bench and squat exercises so I will keep you posted if this has worked for me. I started the training with personal 1RMs of 290 bench...
