support.microsoft.com was ranked the world's best support web site recently ...but wait a minute it just got a whole lot better!
I had this app that I had to debug and I'm at home and feeling lazy to RASin (thats Microsoft Lingo to connect to the internal Microsoft network from the Internet) to get access to the Private Symbols, so I lookup on the new Enhanced MSDN Search (which simply ROCKS BTW) for the Public symbols server link and I'm totally WoooW-ed when I land upon KB article # 311503 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311503). Not only does it have the information I need in text format (so that I can copy paste - or quickly read through) but it also has an embedded video that demonstrates how to setup my symbol path. Kudos to PSS and the PSS Content team!
