Need for Speed Carbon PC Edition on Windows Vista
Its gaming weekend! I went out (which I very rarely do) and got a copy of Need for Speed Carbon and Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition so it comes with both Sim City 4 & Sim City Rush Hour Expansion Pack. I've played Sim City 4 quite a few years ago but didn't really give the Rush Hour expansion pack a shot. As for NFS Carbon - I really did not expect much from this version of NFS, somehow the video's/reviews on the web failed to impress me - so I didn't go out on opening day (fight with a kid!) to get ......

Time Magazine says PS3 "not worth it!"
Ouch Ooops Sony... http://www.time.com/time/bu... "The Playstation 3 goes on sale in the U.S. today, but I wouldn't recommend buying one, not even for the regular price, which is plenty expensive without the import markup." "Look at what you get. The Playstation 3 is expensive: $500 or $600 bucks, depending on which version you buy, plus $60 for each game. (An Xbox 360 only costs $400 max, and Nintendo's Wii — yep, that name, still funny — is only $250.) For that ......

Grand Theft Auto - Vice City Stories for the PSP

Yeup, I grabbed this one too and can't decide which one to play - NFS MW or GTA VCS. Though I haven’t played much of VCS, first impressions - Its cooler than LCS. I've played the PS2 version at a friends place - ofcourse the graphics there are much cooler but for a handheld - good job done Rockstar. New radio stations, new cars, new streets (for me that is), new missions, new char to play, simply awesome!!

Will post more after I play more…

Need for Speed Carbon - Own the City for Sony PSP
Being a hardcore NFS fan I got a go on this game right on its day of release! though even being a hardcore fan I wouldn't rate this game as a must have but its a nice addition to the series. The best part of the game that really stands out is that Free Roam makes it to the PSP finally. Yes, you can now roam around the city as you could in NFS Underground 2 and Most Wanted. Like NFS Underground all races in Carbon take place after dark. There is a little bit of Most Wanted 5-1-0 also mixed in here ......
